Wave Theory

In existential observation, humor, Poetry on February 8, 2011 at 9:05 am

Waves reduced to discrete particles, thoughts or other reductive measure

To form points for the next wave out
As the wave before
Such is our humanity
Such is the nature of everything
Unless they crash into the other
Becoming a vacuum of nothingness
In constant annihilation.

Consciousness is what exists between our thoughts.

Crests in the sea

The past is present before you

The future tells us how it was and how it will be as we watch it happen

Time is an illusion

Destroy your watch and pick your thoughts carefully or you may drown

The end of tears, the end of laughter

There is no faith

Just the lies we choose to believe

We see nothing but darkness when we open our eyes

Go to sleep

Story there:

You know Palisades General is the fucking WORST hospital in the Alpha Quadrant, so…

I get there 7:30ish…Frank and family is there. No one knows what the fuck is going on, no diagnosis, buncha CAT scans MRIs taken etc…

I take Frank out to the nurse’s station where, lo and behold, Dr. Dothead is perusing Miriam’s MRI and discussing with a nurse who had the personality of a friggin rock. But it was the way he was discussing it…more like an intellectual exercise than serious work.

He comes into the room to see Miriam about 8ish and is mumbling in an Indian accent like a doddering fool. Wouldn’t answer questions straight, and what little he did answer was so uncommunicative and half-assed, that I wanted to throw him out the window. Talking about a “vein” that “everyones has from “birth”…I got him at least to tell me it was not an aneurysim, but I believe that about as much as I believe inhis competence.

Anyway, Dr. thinks the fainting was a result of hypertension and/or an ear infection she had recently. Apparently, she is being discharged today!

I told Frank to follow-up with a competent neuro-surgeon.

PS: If you really do feel like committing suicide, just check yourself into Palisades General…chances are, you’ll never walk out!

Oh, we flew into the right side, traveled to the bottom and left sides by car then were supposed to fly from the lower left side but had to fly from the upper right under the other country with the bombs.

I want to be Lord Osis
Lord of all he can survey
He is asking not more than what his eyes can see
